2004 Mustang Conv. 3.9L V6 5 speed

the radio and the power windows are not working when the keys are in the forward on position. However when the keys are turned in the back position the radio and windows will work as long as the keys are in the right spot. It seems as if there is a bad connection. Has anyone else experienced this as well? Any tips or other ideas of what the issue might be? Thanks in advanced.
