My mom surprised me this past friday night with a vista blue mustang with the pony package and black leather intererior, i also got the interior upgrade package, etc... I plan on doin some engine work, this is what ive come up with including prices:
C & L Intake package w/ tuner and puller system- $675.95
JBA Power Cables- $59.99
Granatelli Single 70MM Throttle Body- $59.99

Those 3 additions should give me another 56 horses. Any other options or opinions about prices? I also wanted to put in a strut bar, recommendations?

btw, the JBA power cables fo not actually add any hp

you may also want to consider an axle back exhaust

 

I also plan on possible adding the turbonator supercharger that'll give me up to 35 hp that i found on this site for 59.99. What you think?

 

i dont think the turbonator is a supercharger...in fact, i dont think that it actually does anything

you will find most of your power from a tuner, intake, and axle back

 

The Jba cables say it adds 5 horses, the C&L intake package says it ads 40 and the Throttle body claims it adds 11.

 

the jba cables say something like "the test engine had 5 more horses", unfortunatly none from the cables

the C&L intake with a tuner is the best combo, but you are not going to find 40rwhp with it

i dont think anybody has tried the throttle body on the new stangs, never hurts to try it though

thats some suprise.... congrats on the car! and research the threads, u should get a very general idea of what will get u gains and about how much the the parts cost.
