Hi all.

Just got an 06 last monday. My wife put 31 miles on it and it's already in the shop. The fan ( plastic ) started rubbing on the enclosure. The shop advisor said they put a new fan assembly enclosure and it was still hitting it. They are in the process of trying another new enclosure. Has anyone ever heard of this?

 

Have not had that problem yet. Sounds like the fan itself is warped, or the wheel. Look for wear on the belts.

I'll check the belts. Got it back today and no rub so i hope it was just a couple of warped fans or the fan cowel was warped.
