Default 75 Shot of nitrous or tuner?

Which would give a better result at the track? A 75 shot of nitrous using stock tune or a canned tune and CAI?
This is for an auto as well.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't you have to be tuned to use a shot of nitrous?

hmmmm... i would have to say go with the tuner/CAI first... use that as a building block... the torque limiter in 1st gear on the automatic sucks! And so does the soft/slow shifting! LOL

According Zex you can run 75HP shot with the Ford Stock timing...

Well... I'm guessing the N20 would... but it would be ugly... LOL!

Personally I wouldn't do it... I mean I would get tuner first since it takes care of some many things... things that are most likely to annoy you in day to day driving... like throttle lag, torque management, slow shifting.... I would fix those things first before adding n20...

I agree with Scrming, I would start with a tune/CAI. Plus, not sure if you want to launch with a 75HP shot on an open diff, you may drift off the line. I would learn how to launch NA and get used to the car.

I agree with the others, getting nitrous without setting your car up first is a mistake.
