Default help please

I dropped my car off at the dealer today to get my gears and t-lok installed. After several hours they called me back and said i didn't have all the parts to do the install. I bought the gears and the t-lok, and that was it. Ironincally I bought them from the dealer thinking that if I needed anything else, they would tell me. Evidently there is a conversion kit. So ford racing sells the gears and the t-lok for the 7.5, but not the conversion kit. I am confused, are they blowing smoke up my posterior, or is this true? I posted on TMS earlier, but can't get to it now. Any insight would be appreciated.

I did my gears and Tlok myself and I can absolutely assure you that there is NO extra install kit required. Only thing they need are the shims which any shop has and they cost a few bucks.

You are getting ripped or the parts are the wrong ones and they think there must be a conversion kit to make them fit.

Again, old gears come out...new gears and Tlok goes in ( not an easy job, but that is the bottom line.)
