Recent reseach led me to add shocks/struts to my original spring purchase. Additionally, talking to various 'authorities' on the subject, the stock shocks/struts are too undervalved for any spring replacement. My wife absolutely hated the ride with just the Eibach springs, and being her car, that's the most important thing. The nice part about the Tokicos was being able to dial the car to her satisfaction.
Other than adding a rear swaybar, I'd avoid the control arms, ect, unless you really plan to get out and "play" with the car in an organized event.
Between the BMR and Steeda adjustable PHB, I chose the Steeda based on the fact the adjusters are on the outside ends of the bar, vs BMR about 1/4 of the way down the bar, on one end. Not to say the BMR is a bad product, but I personally felt that is just isn't as structurally sound as the adjusters on the outer ends. After lowering the car, the PHB was necessary, as the driver's side rear wheel actually "stuck out" vs being set in on the passenger side.
