Why not go with a remote start, assuming it's an automatic trans?

+1...don't waste the money on the button, make it a practical option and get the remote start!

Do they make a remote start for 5 speed Mustangs yet of the 05+ generation? I might consider it so I can cool it off/warm it up in the summer and winter without needing the key and since it can't be driven without the key.

they dont make any remote start kits for manual trans cars, youd have to buy one for the auto, hook it up yourself, and bypass the clutch safety switch. None of which i recommend.

No problem dude. I didn't do these, but they're pretty good. They're what I used. I did do a couple of things different but nothing important. There are actually two different ways in this page

Good luck!
