Default JBA headers

i ahve been wondering of going into some headers for my v6. these are from jba, and i have never gone through these guys before and has any one had any luck with these? i haven't seen any other sets that will fit of my car. so if they are worth the 500$ then please tell, if not please tell. if they are good, how much power did these give you?

Nobody has done a before and after dyno of just headers.

I have the jbas on my car, and have installed them on another friends v6. The macs for our cars have serious fitment issues.

I've got a pair of these along with the JBA True Duals in my closet waiting to be installed. I'm just waiting for my GT bumper to arrive to install it. I got my headers off ebay for $390 total.

The closest dyno numbers for the JBA's is when a magazine showed a 17 rwhp gain on the JBA headers and JBA single axle-back. And, they sound quite good, in my humble opinion.

I stay clear of MAC products.

Is there really a big difference between the regular ones and the ceramic ones? The price difference is a lot more then I would have thought.

Does anyone happen to know of an install page or an installation pdf?
I would really like to see what the procedure is before I would consider purchasing them.

ive heard nothing but good things about jbas, the macs sound good but the fit is just horrible. basically if you plan on doing it yourself then buy jbas, if you aren't and it's not gonna be your problem then I like the sound of the macs.
