I'm wondering how I should approach this with the dealer. The ones who just did the work on it, alos the dealer I bought it form is in Las Vegas, but I just drove across the country to now the car is in Rhode Island. Since I'll be dealing with a completely new dealer I think my best bet is just explain the problem in terms of rpm's and not mention the gears. Like I said I doubt they'd evern know and it would just save me a hassle of arguing over what caused the problem.
