I voted for the springs because you have cool wheels and I assume at the stock height you've got unsightly wheel gap. But you are probably going to do everything on your list anyway so either go most expensive to cheapest or the other way around.

+1 definately.
You already have the wheels... might as well finish off that look before you you start w/ the HP add-ons. i would loose the wheel gap. Just an opinion though.

I would go with the springs (since you already have wheels) or the louvers next to finish off the look of the car and then move on to the other hp/performance mods.

Intake+Update soon, like mentioned above.
After get the T-lok+gears at the same time, to save you some installation money. And you got the tune to recail.
