starting problems
I tried to start my car last night, and no go. I thought it might be the battery since the power to the radio never turned on and I never heard the car trying to turn over. Next, I tried to turn on the headlights and my gauge lights started blinking on and off. Finally, after leaving her be for a few hours, I tried again and she started up fine. I am a novice in the automotive world, and was wondering if anybody had similar issues or comments on what could be the cause. Thanks.

RE: starting problems
By any chance do you have an alarm installed? On my car if it has been locked with the keyless remote it activates the starter disable function. The only way to re=enable it is to unlock the car with the remote keyfob. If you unlock the door with the key you will get something like what you described because the starter interrupt remains enabled.
If you always use the remote and it does it again try unlocking the door again with the remote keyfob, if that "fixes" it I would take it into the dealer for warranty service.
