Default Pony Pkg ?

With the Pony Pkg. You get the high performance tires. Does ford raise the limiter above 115mph, or does it stay that same? A Mopar guy here. When Dodge has high performance oem tires on their cars. They raise the the limiter or have no limiter on their cars. Like Intrepid R/Ts have no limiters. So they can go around 140mph top end. But the 3.2 ES's and 2.7 base models only do 110mph top end.

I think the tires are only part of the reason for the limiter. The driveshaft may be the other part of it. Afixer's stock driveshaft exploded at 115MPH IIRC. Luckily it was only on the dyno.
