Fuel Pump Rattle
I recently developed a rattle in the black metal rack that I believe holds the fuel pump and filter. With the subs on it sounds as if my car is falling apart. Has anyone else experienced this and what can I do to fix it. I know that its the piping inside the rack because I can move them around and make the noise myself. I wanted to put some felt or something like it on the top and bottom of the rack but im not sure if I can or should take that off. HELP!
nicarc369 -- I'm not sure what you mean by the black metal rack, where is that because maybe that is the source of my rattle noise as well. Mine happened today and only at idle or if I am moving very slowly like in the parking garage. Is that what you have as well?
