Default Question about rust on wheel...

It has been raining the past couple of days and I walked outside and noticed what look like rust colored spots on the silver disc that the break is attached to. The car is only a few weeks old so is this normal from break in. Is it rust or some sort of break dust. Sorry I can't get any pics right now with the rain. Don't know much about tires and I've never seen this before. Any ideas?

thats totaly normal, the "dick" the brake is attached to IS the brake disk, thats what the calipers squeeze the pads against to make the car slow down, it comes RIGHT of when u hit the brake again.

yeah, if it really bothers you, you can just spray it with a hose and it will go away
