Default Don't look under your dash.......

So here I am trying to figure out how to route my pod wires to the dash valley without making a hole.......

I dislodge the glove compartment, and I take a look under the dash......... Mother of all creatures big and small!!!!!!!![:@]
the support framing for the dash is a rust infected swamp.....[:@].... The tubular frame (steel unpainted and the changes in temp / humidity from the AC and defroster ductwork are eating at the steel.........

Man I suddenly felt sick..... WTF!!

Doesn't Ford have a 5 year anti-corrosion warranty? Wouldn't this be covered under it? Have you phoned the dealership?

I don't have any. I live in Colorado Springs, though. Pretty dry.

Yea.. but at 5 years and 2 months the dash falls down in your lap on the first set of rail road tracks you cross!

I have wires hanging out thru the dash .... everywhere....

I am in the middle of installing my dash pod, but once I clean things up I am going to the dealer....... See what they say..

BTW for those interested I am working on a how to run gauges / wires from the dash and how to install a Vac gauge, and the AEM EUGO wideband A/F..... coming soon...
