You'll notice the difference right after you drop it in. Performance-wise my car is stock except for the K&N and I found it was a great bang for your buck mod (if you can really call it a mod...) Pulls a little harder and increases gas mileage a fair bit. If you drive your car hard like me you'll make your money back in gas in no time .

yah but he dusnt want to spend a huge ammount on a NON tunable intake like that one as he will be getting a tuner and a TUNABLE intake at a later date.

the k&n sounds good. go for it, what is it, like 40 bucks?

exactly paulboy, thanks for putting it into easier words. I am just thinking about getting the K&N drop-in filter for like 45 bucks and was just wondering if it was worth it, and if people are happy with it.

Check out this link on eBay. So far, it's the cheapest K&N I can find. $32.95 plus $6.95 for shipping.

the problem is.. if its not tunable u will have to swap it out when u buy a tuner to get the tunable one.
