Basically I just want to know the difference between struts and coilovers?

I'll take a crack

Correct me if I am wrong...

Coil over suspensions have the advantage of readily changable springs, and adjustable ride height.
With coil overs on all four corners, you can even jack weight around some to suit an indivudual track.

Struts are the piece where the springs get mounted.....

In short coilovers are more flexible when needed to be adjusted.....

Gotcha so there both the same thing its just that one you can adjust easily and the other is always like that. BTW is a shock the same as a strut? sorry for all the questions, Just curious.

No a shock is different.....

info on coilover imports but gets the point
