Default speedometer question

Hey everyone, I just bought my 2006 V6 a couple weeks ago and just bought a set of chrome 18 inch bullitt's. I thought the overall diameter would be the same as the stock setup, but it turns out that with the tires that came on the new wheels the total diameter is about an inch to 1.5 inches smaller. I think this has affected my speedometer, but I'm not sure if it's just in my head. It seems like my speedo is about 10-15 mph faster than I feel like I am actually traveling, and I'm wondering if I should have the dealer recalibrate my speedometer. I plan on eventually buying a CAI + tuner, and I'm wondering if I can recalibrate the speedometer and odometer with the tuner for the smaller diameter size?

Thanks in advance.
