Im going to be taking off my stripe today and was wondering how you all did it. I've had mine for about 8 months now. Did you guys do any speacial treatment to take it off? thanks you guys.

 

Don't know, had mine painted on. But just to let you know there might be a little paint color difference under the stripes.

 

oh yeah. Im talking about the bottom pony package stripe.

 

hey jeremy ......how much did you pay to get your stripes painted on? I got a black stang and want yellow stripes.

 

Mine came straight from the factory like that. Yellow stripes on black would be cool.

 

you should be able to take it off on a hot day and some long finger nails. At least thats what I am going to try this wkd. I did that with the dealer decal alright...other than that I hear a hairdryer works...

so essentially get it hot and it comes off......mm there is a joke there somewhere [8D]

 

yeah I took mine off they peel right off just let them sit in the sun for 15 minutes and they come right off
