I've never used one, but they are supposed to stop the wind from blowing at you from behind so you don't get quite as much wind noise and buffeting. I have noticed cars on the highway with them and they don't seem to be getting as much wind blowing toward the front as I do (or maybe they just have the Trump hair that stays put no matter what).

Does it keep the wind from blowing down by your legs? I love having my top down, especially at night. But my girlfriend hates it because her legs are always getting cold and the heat blowing on them doesn't help. I'm wondering if this could help solve the problem.

lol... I dont have any idea what yall are talking about... do you have a link where I can see one? it sounds like something I would like to have, unless it looks bad on the vehicles.

I had one on my BMW 325ci convertible... and they WORK WONDERS.
With the screen on.. there is NO wind in the cabin... you can actually free hand light a ciggy while cruising @ 45mph. When it is HOT.. the windscreen allows the AC to sort of form a bubble keeping you cool in the drivers seat - - same with the heater.
I would put the top down and the screen up with the heater and the temp outside at 45 degrees and stay nice and comfortable.
I wish they had them for the mustang.
I still have the one out of my BMW, and was thinking about retrofitting it to work on my stang.

I know that I have seen one for the Mustang (was an ad in Auto Week magazine a couple of weeks back) but can't find the website right now. I don't recall for sure, but I think it mounted to the back seat headrests where the boot would connect.
