RE: MSRP
why was the dealers askin price under msrp? its usually the other way around. MSRP is the same EVERYWHERE on a certin set of options. dealer asking. mva, etc is what the dealer wants to charge (99% of the time over msrp).
MSRP on mine was $23,525. January of 05, only 5speed in arizona at the time. Paid $19,910.

RE: MSRP
MSRP for mine was 24,700.
I paid 22. Always use the "The other dealer gave me a better deal, Ill buy it from them" and walk out trick.
They almost NEVER let you go..
This was also my first car and i got 7.9 %APR....
You have to be a dick to the car dealer..

RE: MSRP
Keep in mind that these are Canadian dollars:
MSRP: $25,299
Ford Family Pricing: $23,344
One dealer's sticker price: $22,599
Got it for $22,300 + taxes from another dealer
In Canada we only have one trim level for each of the 4 Mustang styles. Our base V6 includes many of your V6 Premium features.

RE: MSRP
I was in bad situation when I bought mine. I had a Isuzu Rodeo that I owed 6k on but KBB list at 2500 and was having to spend about 300 to 500 every couple of months for repairs with a major repair needed in the near future. So anyway I saw an ad for a local dealer offering up to 4000 off all remaining V6's. I went in on a monday the last day of the month, which if you can time it right the last day of the month after a weekend really is the best time to go. Anyway I told them my situation (that I was way upside down not the repair problems) and that if they were willing to take a "mini deal" in order to get a number on the board (I once sold cars while between real jobs) that we could make a deal. To make a long story short..oops to late for that ... the MSRP was right at 23K and by the time we covered up my negative equity I bought I for 23k. So if I would have went in even on my Rodeo I could have been in for around 18 or 19. Of course this means I'll be upside down on my Mustang but I don't care because I love it so much I don't plan on parting with it anytime soon.
