Default Zero to Sixty times

I was looking at the Car and Driver review of the 4.0 and they have the following stats listed:
Zero to 60 mph: 6.9 sec
Zero to 100 mph: 19.0 sec
Street start, 5-60 mph: 7.2 sec
Standing 1/4-mile: 15.3 sec @ 91 mph

I am wondering what the difference is between Zero to 60 and Street Start 5-60 times? It seems odd that 5 to 60 would be slower than 0 to 60.

5-60 because u cant powerbrake to get the r's up from a launch. cars are almost always slower from 5-60 then from 0-60.
