Default Help

Yesterday I took my car into the dealership because they thought the clutch was going out. (If I accelerated gently, the car was fine... However if you pushed it, the RPMs shot up and the car hardly accelerated.)

So the dealership called me today, and said its not the clutch. They dont know what it is. They were going to take it out for another test drive, but im afraid the technician is going to sit there and accelerate like an old granny.

This car is built for speed, I should be able to push it, and it should go.

Im afraid there going to give it back to me and try to tell me there is nothing wrong with it.

The car only has 16,000 miles on it, so the fact that im having any problems is bothersome.

A clutch should'nt go out at 16k....Unless you're sitting there and slipping it everyday..
FAZM has got like 30k on his, and he goes to the track every weekend....Clutch still works (needs replacing though)
Keep us posted on the problem, sorry I couldnt help!

The dealership is certain theres nothing wrong. They said they will perform one more test tonight and I can pick it up tomorrow if they find nothing

I've made sure to read up on the lemon laws, I may have to take it to a different dealership and have them look at it.
