D'oh!
Well it finally happened... my first (and hopefully last) mistake with the stang.... got careless and bit a curb and now my left rear rim is literally missing a chunk out of it........ I feel likes such an idiot... does anyone know were I can get an individual stock rim and tire???... should I just go with a set of new rims?
We have all done it sometime im sure...I say save up for a set of GT takeoffs if you don't have the 17 inch rims already. If so look on ebay for some singles. I culd have sent you one of my old ones but I sold them for scrap aluminum becauseIknewno one would buy them. Sorry...but check ebay first.

I scraped my front passenger rim a bit on a guardrail a while ago and ended up just going to the dealer to get them to replace it. It was like $400 bucks, which kinda sucked, but I knew that way I'd be getting a rim identical to the ones already on (in terms of quality), so I just bit the bullet and went with it.
Check your phone book too, there are places that can repair aluminum wheels (they can weld chunks of metal in if that's the problem or whatever) for probably $100-$150 bucks.
But them comes the quality issue, like will that repaired rim (because it'll have to be ground down, fixed, and re-clear coated) hold up like the stock factory rims over time, which is why I just went to Ford and bought a new one.
