Yes I searched and couldn't find anything about this specifically ....

I bought and installed a Magnaflow axle-back for my '07 V6, and it drones at ~2200 rpm ... is there any way to silence that? It sounds great at other rpms otherwise.

well from what i have read, this has been a common problem with the magnaflows since they first came out. some people are still happy with them but most agree that they are magnadrones. haven't heard of any fixes to this. good luck.

Insert a resonator, that will minimize the problem. I have the Flowmaster Super 40 and I had the drone...pretty bad actually. But after driving it for a while... it went away. So, break it in first... see what happens.

Where did you get your Magna? You may want to ask the same people for the resonator.Drive that baby for a while and the drone should quiet down a bit... break it in.
You may want to check for exhaust leaks as well.
