is it bad or hurt the car if i take my muffler off? do it sound like **** or sound alright? anyoned know

 

keep A muffler on ...you want a great sound get a gt take off...

 

agree on that just put mine on n it sounds amazing but with out the muffler it sounds loud i mean loud but it throws up black smoke

 

I got mine off, I love the sound, and no black smoke

 

I took mine off today (only to adjust the muffler position, had a rattle), and took it for a spin, personally I hated the sound, all the good sounds were overcrowded by a very raspy nasty ugly noise.

 

Well I don't have it just off, I have pipes where the mufflers would be and tips, so it's not just an empty backend. Without the pipes there it is louder, and raspy. Right now I don't have any of the raspy sound.
