EMPTY grill area

Default EMPTY grill area

What is supposed to go into the open grill area at the bottom of the front grille? reflectors? lights? HELP...I need to spend money! (wife rolls eyes and then hits me in the back of my head)

It kind of looks like it was made for some little square fog lights or something.

Take off your current upper/lower grilles, and replace them both with billet ones. Those are sexy. (And should burn up a little of that hard-earned cash for you. Or save your money for gas. )

So ford decided to just cutout 2 rectangular holes in that area? Sounds like someone needs to make an after market part to go in there. maybe a billet grill to cover that area....Off to ebay I go.

yes that is true, you can put in an aftermarket grill down there, some of them look really cool.

Yes, I bought a billet grill to cover that area. 50 bucks is not too bad, hoepfully it'll look good.

i want more fog lights down there too, but i cut my own mesh and put it in the open spots of the lower grill.

Did you buy a billet grille for the upper-grille area too though? It might look kind of funny with shiney billet in the bottom, and cheap black plastic directly above it in the top.
