Default How much difference is there

Besides the grille where the lights are, is there much difference between the shape of a Mustang coupe and a Mustang GT?

are the hood, mirrors, front fender areas and bumper all teh same dimensions?

I purchased a clear bra kit on e-bay, and didn't realize I ordered the GT package.

So I don't want to just throw this kit away, and I can't return it because I was stupid and couldn't read. So if they are not, if anyone wants to purchase a kit, I have one for the GT I am willing to sell for 30.00 plus shipping.

Thanks
Dan

Hood and quarter panels/doors are the same. Front and rear end/bumpers are not.

O.K. thanks I feel much better now. I looke at the e-bay orders and actually ordered the Mustang coupe kit for the front bumpers and mirrors, and accidently ordered the HOOD KIT for the GT. So I guess it'll be o.k.

Thanks alot.

Uhm ... aren't you talking about two different things? A coupe is the body style, while the GT is a model.

I am looking to see if there is any differences in the shape of the bumpers on a Mustang V6 versus a mustang GT. I purchased a clear bra system for my bumpers, hood and mirrors.

I ordered the right kit for the front bumper, lights and mirrors. BUT accidently ordered the GT KIT for the hood and quarter panels.

So, I am o.k. with the kits I ordered. BUT I cannot find anyone who is willing to install these kits for me under 400 bucks. Everyone I called gave me an estimate of 400 dollars or more. with no guarantees because I am not using thier products. I've had estimates of 499 to to a high of 860 bucks for thier product plus intall...So I'll have to do it myself....If I screw it up, it'll be a 50 dollar mistake, and I'll just buy a 50 dollar LE BRA.

Same thing with tryin to get a vinyl racing strip put on. I can buy a kit for about 75 bucks, but no one will install for under 500 bucks, it'll be 900 with their product.

I need to get out of california....
