Yes it is notched. I measured, taped the area with masking tape, cut the notch, smoothed with a dremel and applied touch up paint on the edge. Here's a pic before I centered the pipes. (I wanted to run the car a week or so and letthe systemexpand and contract a few times) I don't have a current pic but they are centered now.

I like the GT bumper the best, I have the notched on my v6, looks good, but soon I will get the GT bumper.
