Default Canceling Maintenance Program???

Can I do this on a financed car? How so? Wouldn't it change the term of the loan? Do I go through my dealer or FMC?

Yes, you can do it on a financed car.... shouldn't change the terms.... normally you need to go through the dealership... be prepared to get the run around... some dealerships are better than others... good luck

Are you talking about the maintance like oil changes at 3,000 miles or did you pay extra for a proogram that takes care or that for you. Every manufacture has schedued maintaince. You can do the work yourself (keep the receipts to prove it should you have to), you can take it to an independant shop or back to the dealer. In the case of oil changes my dealer (wayne akers) has sone of the best prices believe it or not. I cannot do a oil and filter change to my stang for less than what they charge and they dispose of the oil properly as well a BIG PLUS. They use motorcraft synthic blend oil and a motorcraft filter. Another plus is they have the service record and should something oil related happen it is in their lap, not that it will happen but rather play safe than sorry.
