20% 170 bucks

 

I don't even know my exact % because it was tinted when i got it. But make sure that you don't get a cheap job done...my friend got his car done for $80 and the tints are starting to turn purple.

 

15% on back and quarters...... 25% on side windows...... cost me $165....really good job too

Mighigan.....I need a good shop in Michigan...anyone know one? I already have louvers on my 1/4's , so I won't need those done.

 

i paid 230 i think for mine. 20% all the way around. no windshield. then two days later GOT A TICKET! but i went to the shop where they did my tints ( cool *** guys) and instead of paying the 110 dollar ticket i took em off, the waived the ticket, then they put the front ones back on for 60 bucks.

 

Street Legal customs in Royal Oak MI. they did an awesome job.

 

I had the dealer install mine (told them if they tint for free, I would buy the car, easy way for free tint!) Anyway, they put 5% on back/rear quarters, and 30% on the side windows, anything darker that 30% on the sides is illegal in Texas.

 

hasnt stopped me! haha. well they did once. but ever since i moved down south cops havnt even given me a bad look. down here its one of those things where they will only notice, if they do, when they pull you over for something else.

 

Yea here in Houston you could get away with darker tint than what's legal, and they usually don't bother you. But what is bad is if you leave Houston and go to through some small town, that is when you need to worry.
