Default Jet Performance Chip?

Ok. I know that everyone seems to be going with the SCT Xcalibrator tuner, but how about the Jet Performance Chip? Does that work? It's cheaper than the SCT, and their website says that the HP gains are between 25-30 hp. Does anybody have one that can confirm its performance with a CAI?

I know a guy who ran one on the dyno, it did show a few rwhp worth of gains. It is not a scam or a gimmick, it is just a really mediocre tune. For the money, it is not worth it, just go with an XcalII or Diablo Preditor

Thanks. Does anybody know the cheapest place to find both of these tuners?
