i was looking at powerhouse.com and saw that they ran a v6 in the low 12s with nitrous. i was wondering how long the engine would last with that much nitrous getting used? also does anyone have more info on that set up?

 

im sure the low 12's were not accomplished with only a nitrous shot. Im curious as to the setup they were running low 12's in.

You're going to need alot more than just nitrous to run 12's, at least reliably.

 

scrming was real close, then something happened with his window switch and he sprayed waaaay too early. It's doable with the right suspension and a 100-125 shot. You'd be alot safer going turbo or centri if you are lookin for those kinda times tho.

nah, it was just nitrous, not it is just turbo. You are thinking of the Pauls High Performance v6. That thing is running like 10.7's now on nitrous and vortech,

 

yeah that is way i am wondering how they got there.

 

They did 12's on just nitrous. Though the rear end did not last long, and that was on a manual car.
