I keep going back and forth and just cant make up my mind. I finally got the hood scoop painted, but decided I wanted to put the lemans stripes on before i installed the scoop.....but here is my problem.

My 07stang is the Alloy color. Up close it looks grey, far away it looks black (if you havent really seen one). I thought about going with white stripes so they match the mustang stripes on the side, but I think that might be too much. I cant find any pictures of anyone with the alloy color that has done this, so here's my question.....what color should I go with? If it's something different than white it gives me an excuse to pull the side stripes off which is something I was considering anyways.

Black would look good. I would really contrast what you already have on the sides, as well as blend with the color of the car aswell. Just my .02

I was thinking about that, but i dont think you would be able to see the black unless you were standing right next to the car or it was a REALLY bright day. Which could be kinda cool...

You know, another option I was justthinking about was ghost flames instead of stripes..... I had them on my old truck and it was very sharp...lots of comments.....hhmmmmm?

Have you thought about a flat black superstripe? That would be subtle, but really cool. I have seen it on a black california special, but I think it would look even better on an Alloy. Just a thought. Noticeable, but not to much .

On Alloy I'd probably go with silver. Although I don't really think of Alloy as a racing stripe car. It looks gorgeous just as it is.
