2) What do you think of the following mods

First off, welcome to the forums!

the appearance ideas sound really good

performance, not so much.

throttle body spacers are pretty much a waste on these cars

as for shrot ram intake, CAI's with tuners work wonders at unleash some extra power and is usually wher people start

Here's some suggestions for those combos

VMP Tuning

B@MA CHIPS

Brenspeed

Welcome man! There's tons of info on here and it'sone of the best forums I've found for the 4.0L.

But like the other guys said, don't bother with the spacer, go for a cai/tune or dual exhaust.

Did you get an auto or manual?

Welcome to the Forums, the Appearance ideas sound good, your car's gonna be sick looking, but a CAI/tune would be your best bang for your buck performance wise, and I have the magnaflow duals, you'll like em, they sound nice!

just a word of advice... throttle body spacers are useless... dont bother.. as for CAI/tune, if you plan on going F/I down the road.. save the 600 and wait... youd have to take the CAI off once you get your s/c or turbo... welcome to the club!
