Default cams ?

im planning on staying n/a for as long as possible. i plan on getting my heads ported and polished and having a valve jobe done and the like. this would also include having my cams re-ground. when going f/i though, i will need to have cams with different specs than my n/a regrinds correct? and can i have my cams re-ground ontop of the first regrind? if not, where can i find blank replacement cams? thanks for any help.

my cams have been reground, had the xcharger on, xcharger is off now, running an intake and tune n/a, if you want to build your motor decide exactly what you will do, stay n/a or go f/i, may want to use different compression on the pistons,
