Yes, I've seen one done at a local Ford dealer. There is also a member on this forum that has done it.

Cervini sells a mandrel bent dual exhaust system with sided skirts that looks nice. Price is around $1400.00, not sure if that included shipping. I think skirts come prepped, ready to paint.

I have read that someone did this themselves and had issues with ground clearance du to tire size and non/stock rear springs. I would be careful and do lot of research.

As Devil Wolf posted.......Socool....had problems. I thought he had lowered rear end, apparently he had a STOCk car and tires. His post and problems kept me from getting this mod myself. He really did take one for the team. I hope everything worked out for Socool....

The system looks great in the pics......if someone re-works a kit for this.....I'll be all over it!.

What about the Cervini side-exhaust kit? Comes with all the pre-bent pipes, mufflers, and moulded side-skirts so you can tuck the exhaust tips into the skirts.

Raubt, Socool tried the Cervini kit and a lot of issues with it. Roush doesn't offer it, due to "clearance issues".....according to another post. I wonder if the Cervini skirts and exit pipes might work with some "tube mufflers" I have seen....I'm looking into the posiblities and will keep everyone posted.

Yup -Cervinis offer the side exhaust but clearance is a major issue even for myself with a GT. I had no problems but Socool is and does but it is possible.....I wouldn't do it for a DD unless you have very flat roads and no incline or pitch to get into plazas or your own driveway! JMO J

dont do it!!!!!.....unless your car is a project show car then it would be pretty cool. you might be able to pull it off for a DD but its not practical for the mostpart. i feel for socool and the investment he made.
