Default 300$ to spend

What should I do with it. I currently have CAI,91 oct vmp tune. And saving isnt an option. So what is there I can get for 300$ visual or performance. Thanks

Go for a nice muffler. FRPP or JBA are the best to my ear.

Can I just unbolt the stock muffler and bolt on the new one?

05+ V-6 Aero Turbine for 250$. Is that good?

I am going with single for now.. Money wont be an issue soon and ill just add a true dual. Will I need a tune with this?? Will a new tune help?
