No No No No No No do not do this.

Buy an SCT or Diablo tuner from a respected vendor with accompanying tunes, and purchase a Cold Air Intake along with the tuner. It is a device which you plug into a slot underneath your steering wheel, and you upload "tunes", which change various timing, spark, and shifting parameters within your computer. A good 91 or 93 octane tune will open up your pony in wondrous ways, and along with a cold air intake, you'll be nicely surprised.
Try vmp.com or Bamachips.com

Yes they are expensive, but that chip'll just be suckering you out of $10.00 and chances are will cause damage of some sort, if anything at all.
Also, replace your stock exhaust with a GT takeoff, they are under $100.00, and make a huge difference in sound, and significant horsepower.

Place all 3 of those products on your car, and you'll feel like you have a new pony.
