What exhaust is better sounding i always hear about people gettin the aero turbine mrt exhaust but how about the mrt max thunder muffler. Does any one know how that sounds. Also what about the flomaster american thunder. I am looking for something very deep and throaty and doesn't sound crackly or ricey in low rpm or high rpm.

The max thunder is a chambered muffler, just like the JBL and the Flow AT. Scrming should have a clip of the max thunder on his web site.... www.v6john.com
I had the Flowmaster American thunders on my car with an Xpipe, you can listen to clips here... www.rygen.net

The AeroTurbine gives you a bit more HP but the sound is more RAW than the Max Thunder... The Max Thunder is a more refinded sound...

Well the thing with the MRT Aero, is that when you first put it on, you will either like it or love it. Then, after you have had it on for a while, you will either like it or hate it. I personally have gotten sick of the drone and general buzzyness of it. Now while it drone bad inside the car, it is even worse on the outside, and that is not what I want people to hear when I drive by, a loud HMMMMMMMM noise. It sounds great at idle and even better at full throttle, but as for regular driving, it is very embarassing.

i've had my MRT for about 8 months now, and i still love it. there's nothing funner then going in a parking structure and setting off alarms. the drone hasn't really bothered me so much since my music generally out blasts the drone. but yea at dle and WOT the car sounds like no other.
