Default 20's???

How bad would these mess with my computer and what special things would I need to do for 20's to work on a 6er?

Just out of curiosity, why do you think 20s will mess with your computer?

If your V6 is a 2008, then you'd have to look into the issue of tire-monitoring system; most aftermarket wheels don't accommodate the system and the TMS dashboard light will illuminate. Many owners with aftermarket wheels might chose to ignore it, or they buy a new set of TMS sensors to install into the new wheels (relatively inexpensive and easy to install). Pre-2008 Mustangs should be fine, since these wheels are for 2005+ Mustangs.

Those are nice wheels, btw, if you're into rolling on 20s.
If you decide to get them, please share pictures!

As long as the tire size is correct, you can keep the speedometer right on. I put them on my GT and the speedometer is still right on the mark. BUT,,,, I wish I had gone with 18's instead. I have 18's on the Pony and it rides much better than the GT. Pot holes or those steel plates they like to put down on the road can mess up a 20 inch rim quick.

I have nothing against smaller rims like 18's or 19's...just like the idea of the deep dish and running bigger ( muscle car ) tires in the back, just saw these. And as for the computer...I honestly don't know too much about tires and the correct tire size and all that. This is the first car I've had worth modding at all so I'm new to all this.

If you drive on a surface of glass, then 20s are great!
20s really look nice if done right, but they will kill the ride quality.
Be ready to have your fillings replaced after every bump on your way to work.

Having said that, the 20s on the Cop Mustang car in the Transformer movie make it look crazy badass.

If you're into running classic muscle-car tire size, then you should consider smaller wheels and fatter tires with bigger side walls. The traditional muscle cars generally used big rubbers, not big wheels. I like the looks of those, personally.

right right, I really would like to take the old school look and bring it up to date...much like was the intent of bringing this new body style about, which has set off a whole bunch of new, old cars lol. So maybe some 18x10 in the back 18x8.5 in the front?

i was debating the 20 vs 18 dilemma... and i think im going 20 only because the transformer cop car wheels (saleens) are only offered in 20 and they look SICK
