I have a 06 torch red stang and i want to get some quarter window louvers the Roush ones are $345 painted but the Wheelskin ones are only $179 painted i think the roush look a little more aggressive but what do you guys think is the better buy?

Paint them yourself or pay somebody to paint them.

Personally, (IMO) the wheelskin look the best. Anyone kno where you can get the wheelskin ones unpainted? I got a black car so paint is no biggie. However, I think the roush ones can be taken off for cleaning (but for $350!!! crap you can almost get a used X cal for that!!!). The wheelskin ones are just 3M taped so, once there on, there on. But just for the record, I think that quarter window louvers are the best looking exterior mod there is out there. A MUST do!!! I know that I'm gonna take a LOT OF CRAP for saying this but...Duplicolor is pretty good spray paint. You can get it from any autoparts store. I've used it several times. It has matched my paint very well. For q window louvers, It should be OK. Oh man, the apearence mod guys are gonna kill me for that.....LOL

I went with the wheel skin (pre painted) and i love the look! IMO, its the better buy

Wheelskin=retro

Roush=modern

Since my color just screams retro the choice was easy for me. Do whatever you want, but trust me when I say don't base your decision on the ability to clean the window. Even with the wheelskin ones you can get cleaner on a paper towel and clean the windows just fine.

I like the look of the Silverhorse Racing louvers best,but they are a bite to put on. I would be leery of taking my window completely out.
So for the price, looks and ease of installation, my vote goes to Wheelskin!
