Fuel Filter ?
I baught my car with 56,000 miles on it. ive put 3,000 miles on it since january and i changed my oil and im waiting for my K&N drop in filter to be deliverd. i love working on my car and i was going through the service manual and it said replace the fuel filter, has anyone done this because i have worked on cars for 5 years now and never replaced it till 100,000 miles
so has anyone done it and was it a pain in the A$$ or was it pretty easy. I do have acces to a lift and every tool imaginable at the shop so let me know.
Thanks!

It's easy to do, but you should get a filter coupler tool to pry the clips off (although I use a flatblade screwdriver). You don't need a lift, as you can jack up the left-front to make add'l room to work under the car. There is a link here that goes through the steps. I'll look for it later. Although the manual says to change the fuel filter every 30K miles, I change mine once a year (about 15K miles), cuz gas is cruddy nowadays. I've found that the old filter is always difficult to blow air through, so they do get clogged up.
