First thing, nice looking car. There is a member on here whose name is "carexface" who has painted the silver on his pony package grill. Here is a link to a thread that has pictures. I wanted him to post a full head on picture so I could better see what it looks like in black.

I hope the link works for you.

hey guys, im going to post a pic as soon as i can, probably saturday.
i told my guys at roadstarr to paint just the chrome piece (the 2 light outlays the lines connecting and the pony) but they told me to just do the whole thing, and im glad they did.
i was originally going to paint it matte black but i decided to get glossy because of my rims.
so what it is basically is gloss black paint over the whole front grill, including the honeycomb and the bottom lip of the grill.
my lights in front are tinted blue so it gives it a great contrast i think.
if you have anymore questions feel free to ask

I think the chrome look it has now is good.. at least better than the blacked out look..

Why not do something original, like powdercoat it yellow? There's an fresh look.
