Default Ninosport Dual Conversion Kit

I came home from work and found my dual conversion kit from Ninosport, a question for those that have them. How long did it take for install more or less? Since I'm also getting some Tokico HP shocks and struts thrown on, I'ma havemy mechanicdo the exhaust while hes at it and was just looking at a ballpark time for this install. Also I'm gonna be running GT takeoffs with the set-up, what can I expect?

Well I don't have that same kit... but to give you an idea it took me around 4 hours to do my true dual JBA H-pipe kit. That involved some cutting though... and correct me if I'm wrong but I think the ninosport kit is just bolt on since it uses the v6 stock "y-pipe" and splits back out to two midpipes. Maybe 2-3 hours at most?

Hmmm i was thinkin more like an hour or so of workLOL Seems like an easy install, hes got all the tools needed, I'd do it myself but, dont have all the necessary stuff so I'll pass it to him...Its all bolt-on so I'd imagine its shouldnt take THAT long...

notice how i said at most you're probably right with your ballpark figure. all i remember is that a lift would have REALLY helped when taking out the old v6 midpipe... you need the extra ground clearance for that piece of piping. plus you need to be able to drop the rear-end down to get clearance for the two new over-axle pipes. i'm sure your mechanic could figure it out easily...

gotta remember I had to take time for that learning curve... i bet if I were to install one for a friend now it wouldn't take me as long.

It would take me no longer than an hour to install that kit. It's easier because you dont have to cut the stock Y-pipe. Jack up the car, put jack stands on the rear frame and lower the rear end back down. Unbolt and remove and bolt in the new stuff. Even easier if you have a lift and air tools.

It took me just over 2 hours in my garage from start to
finish including tapping the driver's side holes for the
hanger. Experienced mech + a lift should be no more
than a good hour. Very, very easy and I'm 61 years old.

after you tighten everything with hand tools take it to midas or meineke and have them tighten it with air tools believe me did my muffler myself and it rattled like hell until midas tightened it for me with a air gun.

I have this kit with the GT mufflers and it took me a little over 2 hours in my driveway laying on the ground .I got all the bolts just barely snug to make sure everything was in place and I had all the correct pipe clearances around the frames and other objects then I tightened all the bolts very tight with a standard 1/2 drive socket set .I installed this last summer and have not had one problem .Since I did this on my driveway it seemed not matter how high I raised the back end the original pipe did not want to come out so I had to wind up cutting it.The drivers side frame rail is untapped ,I used one of the old bolts to tap it and make threads

I think the only thing that'll take some time would be the tapping and the bumper cutting part...Anything I gotta watch out for while installing it, I think I'll be helping him out with it and wanna know what to watch out for, (Fuel lines, brake lines etc...)
