i have the ford racing dual exhaust kit.. is it worth it to get like gt mufflers or shelby mufflers or borla or anything or are my mufflers just as good?

 

are you talking about the x-pipe kit?

you should have the GTA mufflers, which are in most opinions nicer sounding than gt takeoffs.

i'd recommend stingers, but i'm biased

Go with stingers. I heard them in person for the first time the other day and I was instantly sold. As soon as I have the money and the time I'm getting some.

 

how much do the stingers run? And do they come with a y-pipe?

 

The FRPP mufflers are GTA's and they sound awesome, the only mufflers I have heard that can competer are Corsa's or Borla's but you are talking serious money.

Some people even like the GTA's better than the Corsa's/Borla's. I don't think the magnaflow's are on the same level as any of those 3 i mentioned, they are probably good but not in the top 3 for sure.

If we could build a perfect setup from feedback on these forums, I would think it would be the FRPP kit with the Corsa or Borla mufflers on it.
