Default Tlock Additive

OK i am ordering a Tlock, and I need to know if I need the 4oz of Additive for it or if I can just get get the Royal Purple gear oil for limited slip differentials

The royal purple from AmericanMuscle.com should be the stuff you want to put in.

The additive will have to be carefully mixed (and MAN does it STINK!) with regular gear oil, whereas the RP should be pre-mixed.

If I could do my GT Takeoff Rear-End all over again, I would have gone with putting Royal Purple instead of trying to top it off with the gear oil/additive stuff...

with rp or other synthetic gear oil (mobil 1, etc.) you don't need to add the friction modifier.

Ok thanks guys, that is exactly were I was going to get mine from, so how do I get the Mustang forums discount, also now as for the wieght I am in VA so what should I need.
