Go with the HIDs! I ordered the Luminics from American Muscle and they were not the best bulbs. I found that I couldn't see great in the rain, one of the bulbs had a filament blow about 2 months after I installed them. I am looking at the Retro-Solutions HID 5000K kit; Anyone have these that can offer comments?

 

My opinion is spend your money on other mods. You have perfectly good lights already. I personally don't like the Halo's or HID's.
