I believe it's a TSB so I think they should fix it for free but, I'm not a 100% sure on that one...

When it does it, pull the pump out, put it back in, and try again. Mine still does it rarely, usually when it's closer to empty. Taking the time and trying a few times and putting fuel in slowly at first lets the fuel go in.
But yeah, if the dealer will do the TSB, take it in on a near-empty tank.

Ok well I will take in it I guess when I get back down to near empty again. What exactly is wrong with it when it does that stuff. I could usually get it to work if I messed around with it for like what seems to be an hour in this freezin cold. Today I just got pissed off at it cause I was gonna fill it up cause the gas light finally came on and i got a half a tank before it started that stuff.

The only things i could think of was its a tight seal and it creates a vacuum, shutting off the pump.
Or there is a kink in the fuel line or something?
i dont know thats just what i think
