Default CS6 Bumper
Does anybody know if a v6 grill will fit in the CS6 front bumper or do you have to get the CS6 grill.

my assumption would be you need either a gt grill or a cs6 grill specifically. probly just need a gt grill

Actually the V6 grill fits. The CS6 grill is just an overlay that goes over the stock (non pony package) grill. So really, you have to use a V6 grill with the CS6 bumper. Hope that helps.

From the Shelby site...

Shelby CS6 Front Fascia, Unfinished, paint to match, will fit V8 requires CS-007 upper grille insert and stock V6 Grille Housing (from factory)

The stock V6 grille will fit. As stated before, the CS6 grille is an overlay.

The CS-6 grill is not an overlay. It replaces the stock grill. You are thinking of the SGT grill which is an overlay.

Really? Actually this was grill I was thinking of. I thought it came with a template to cut your original grill to fit the fog lights? My bad, well if anbody knows...it's you! Beautiful car btw!

I know what the grille is, I just typed it wrong. I didn't mean an actual overlay. But you do use the V6 grille housing, correct? I followed your CS6 build on the Shelby forums.
